| Since 1990 when I began my real estate career, I have learned to combine more than 30 years of business experience into a style that puts my customers and their objectives first. Service before, during, and after the sale is my objective. I have continued my professional education over the years. In addition to the Graduate Realtor Institute Designation, I am certified to represent Clients as an Accredited Buyer's Representative. Because a large number of my clients, both Buyers and Sellers are at or near retirement age, I chose to pursue the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. This training provides me with special information and tools to assist senior clients. In addition I am a Certified Residential Investment Specialist. |

| Community Involvement |
| A portion of each of my commission dollars goes to the Windermere Foundation which contributes funds to local non-profit organizations dedicated to helping homeless families. In addition, every year in June, our office closes for a day while our staff performs a variety of Community Services. We assist the elderly, as well as repair various community buildings and schools. We enjoy this opportunity to contribute. As an owner of the Windermere RE Gallery, I am proud to say that a portion of all the profits from art sales support art and music scholarships for students along the Central Oregon Coast. One of the most rewarding associations I have is to be a board member of the Newport Symphony Orchestra. |
